Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Kolir when you use the app. By using it, you accept them.
The game
Every day the app names one colour. Find something in that colour and photograph it with the in-app camera; if the photo matches, your streak continues. Colours, scoring, XP and levels may change as the game evolves.
Your account
You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old. Choose a nickname that isn't offensive or pretending to be someone else; we may change one that is.
Your photos
You keep the rights to the photos you take. By submitting one, you allow us to store it, show it to other players in the feed and on your profile (unless you've made them private or hidden), and process it to check the match. That permission ends when you delete the photo's account.
Only submit photos you took yourself, live, with the in-app camera — that is the game.
What isn't allowed
- Nudity or sexual content, violence or gore, hate, harassment, or anything illegal.
- Photos of people who haven't agreed to be photographed and shared, especially children.
- Spam, cheating the match check, automating the app, or attacking or overloading the service.
- Using the app to track, stalk or expose anyone.
Players can report photos and block accounts. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. Photos reported by several people are blurred for others until they choose to view them.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Profile. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
The service
Kolir is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it — including a lost streak.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies; continuing to play after that means you accept it.
